3 quarts water 5 cups Maple Syrup 1 tsp yeast nutrient 1 tsp acid blend 1 packet White wine yeast Heat water and add maple syrup. Bring just to a boil to sterilize Turn off heat. Add yeast nutrient add acid blend Cool to 80-90 degrees pitch yeast
